Swatches | Wet n' Wild Megalast Lipsticks

I was cleaning and organizing (Actually, I was trying to clean and organize) all my makeup when these unopened and unused Wet n' Wild Megalast Lipsticks went straight up to my eyes. I totally forgot about these babies of mine! To make up for times I forgot and neglected them, I decided to play with them! The result? A swatchfest!

I got these Wet n' Wild Megalast Lipsticks from various sources. Some were sent by my dad, some were bought from online shops and some were gifted. I couldn't remember which are which, actually.

I have the shades 907C Mauve Outta Here, 967 Dollhouse Pink, 910D Red Velvet, 905D Smokin Hot Pink, 908C Sugar Plum Fairy and 911D Stoplight Red.

Wet n' Wild Megalast Lipsticks are said to be dupes of high end lipsticks. I did some research and found out that some of those I have have their respective high-end counterparts. 

Mauve Outta Here is a nude purple-pink shade that will sure look good when paired with a heavy smokey eye makeup.

Dollhouse Pink is said to be a dupe of MAC Pink Nouveau. I think Dollhouse is a tad bit lighter compared to Pink Nouveau but the difference is not that obvious.

Some may disagree but I think Sugar Plum Fairy is a good dupe for MAC Rebel. Its deep plum shade is a total standout!

How can you describe the color hot pink? I describe it as bright, fuschia-ish pink. So I was a bit disappointed when I saw the shade Smokin' Hot Pink doesn't look like how I expected it to be. It's a very pretty peachy-pink, though.

Looking for a dupe of the famous MAC Russian Red? I think, Stoplight Red is a great one.

I read somewhere that Red Velvet somehow looks like MAC Ruby Woo. I can't see the similarities, though. Still, Red Velvet is great looking red shade. It is my favorite shade in the bunch, next to Sugar Plum Fairy.

I love Wet n' Wild Megalast Lipsticks, hands down. Not just because they are dupes of high-end lipsticks but because they are good quality lipsticks. I just hope Wet n' Wild changes their lousy packaging. :)
