Tony Moly Kiss Lover Lip Master in Festival Pink

Are you too lazy to retouch your lip color throughout the day? Well, I can't blame you. Those who live theri lives in a busy schedule would put retouching makeup at the very last of their day's priority lists. I, too, am guilty of this, hence, I use lip stains most of the time. But some lip stains look too bold for a day makeup or maybe those are just the shades that I have (read: shocking red, fuschia pink, etc.). Also, there are those that leave blotchy stain that I totally disgust. I am in the hunt for that perfect-for-everyday kind of stain that won't leave a yucky, blotchy stain on my lips when I was introduced to the Tony Moly Kiss Lover Lip Master.

The Tony Moly Kiss Lover Lip Master is a lipstick, a lip gloss and lip tint in one. It may be too much for a lip product but believe me, it is so true! I got the shade 7 Festival Pink, a nude-ish pink color that leaves a very natural-looking stain.

It gives a pigmented color in one swipe. Its glossy-like texture stays for about 2 to 3 hours which is a plus since not all lip gloss stays that long on the lips. Once it starts to wear off, it leaves the lips a natural-looking, even stain.

After taking photos of the swatch, I wiped it off with a makeup remover wipe. See that stain? Amazing, right? It stayed there until I removed it with an oil-based makeup remover later that night.

I LIKE that it ...

• gives color like a lipstick, shine like a lip gloss and stain like a lip tint.
• glides on smoothly on the lips.
• only takes a little amount to color my lips.
• doesn't dry my lips much.
• leaves a natural-looking stain once it wears off.
• comes with a doe-foot applicator that is easy to manipulate.
• comes in an elegant-looking, black packaging.
• smells and tastes like candy!
• lasts for about 4 to 5 hours.
• is available locally in all Tony Moly stores.

I DON'T LIKE that it ...

• is not as opaque as I want it to be.

It is my go-to lip color on days I want to  look presentable without looking overly done. Its color, shine and tint looks great for everyday. Since I want it to be more opaque, I use a lip liner of the same shade under it. That trick makes the color more longlasting pa. :)
